I'm sure you can envision the atrocious amount of stress my staff and I were under immediately after the Memorial Day fire/power outage fiasco. The fire may have been on the outside but caused many internal, nail-biting problems.

Like I explained when we met, we are a group of strong people, who see ourselves as very independent and competent and probably would rather not ask for help, at least not right away. Well, what the fire incident taught us strong people is that we are still independent and competent but we will just ask for help earlier!
